To set up wallpaper on a Windows computer:
- Right-click on the desktop and select “Personalize.”
- In the Personalization window, click on “Background” in the left menu.
- In the Background window, you will see a preview of your current wallpaper and a drop-down menu with the options “Picture,” “Solid color,” and “Slideshow.”
- To set a new wallpaper, select “Picture” from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the “Browse” button to select a new image from your computer or an online source.
- Once you have selected an image, it will appear as a preview on your desktop.
- To customize the display of the wallpaper, use the options under “Choose a fit” to specify how you want the image to display on your screen (e.g. “Fill,” “Fit,” “Tile,” etc.).
- Click “Apply” to save your changes and set the new wallpaper.
To set up wallpaper on a MAC computer:
- Click on the Apple menu in the top-left corner of the screen and select “System Preferences.”
- In the System Preferences window, click on “Desktop & Screen Saver.”
- In the Desktop & Screen Saver window, you will see a preview of your current wallpaper and a drop-down menu with the options “Desktop” and “Screen Saver.”
- To set a new wallpaper, select “Desktop” from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the “+” button to select a new image from your computer or an online source.
- Once you have selected an image, it will appear as a preview on your desktop.
- To customize the display of the wallpaper, use the options under “Fit” to specify how you want the image to display on your screen (e.g. “Fill Screen,” “Fit to Screen,” “Stretch to Fill Screen,” etc.).
- Click “Set Desktop” to save your changes and set the new wallpaper.
